Distro-Tex commenced operations in 2020, formed by local Yorke Peninsula tradesman.Our head offices are located in Kadina and Adelaide. Specializing in many areas of the electrical industry, Distro-tex supplies both general electrical and powerline contracting services, Distro-Tex maintains a fierce standpoint on providing a service that is industry leading in efficiency and safety. With that in mind, we take upon the duty of ensuring we are comprehensively insured and endorsed to complete both SA Power Networks Contestable works and private electrical works. Our Quality Management and WHS Management systems have been meticulously designed to the standards of AS4801 and ISO9001:2008 facilitating Distro-Tex to produce consistent tier one results for clients.

Protection of workers and the public come first and foremost. With this in mind, Distro-Tex is committed to continually assessing our workplace and jobsites for risks that are apparent to our employees and the public. Through our assessments, we are able to implement strategies and effective systems to minimise these hazards and risks resulting in an overall reduction of incidents, accidents and injuries in the workplace. We have based our Safety Management System off of AS/NZS 4801 standards.
Distro-Tex utilises an internal system provided by our 3rd party safety compliance provider, Advanced Safety Systems Australia, to record, manage and review all safety related data. Our aim is to complete work for clients efficiently and safely with an ultimate goal of zero incidents in all works we complete.

There is no exception for delivering a sub-standard product or service to a client. In alignment with our Quality Management System, Distro-Tex is driven to make conscious evidence based decisions in regards to suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure we are maintaining an expectation-exceeding baseline level of quality to our clients. Through analysing these products and services, Distro-Tex documents a variety of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) in accordance with our Quality Management System to certify that our products and services reflect nothing short of genuine quality.
